All items are shipped from California so you are guaranteed to have your item in a few days. In the event USPS or UPS cannot deliver on time, please be patient, they might need more time due unforeseen circumstances or your address is "undeliverable".

All effort is made to process and ship orders within 24 hours of payment. Our store is open M-F (8:30AM - 3:30PM) all orders made after 3:00PM Friday - Sunday will ship Monday.


Return Policy

Notify AVE Pacific in case of a return. Buyers may return the purchased item in the same condition it was received, within 7 days upon acceptance of the package.

* Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Defective products are eligible for exchange, and no restocking and shipping fee will apply.

* If an item is different from the description, please contact us via eBay Message within 7 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. Exchanges/refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to our facility and inspected. Please allow 2-5 additional business days for payment to be refunded on returns once the item has been received.
* Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by USPS.

* Please check and make the appropriate changes to your shipping information, we will not change it for you. Buyers who provided an incorrect address and the package is returned to our facility, the buyer will be subject to charges for shipping.

* Reshipment will be offered for additional shipping fee.
* All returns must be packed with all the contents which came with the original package. Buyers must use the same shipping method that the merchant used.
* Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling of returns. Refund will be for the amount of the purchase price.
